With
TAL Scuba learn the advanced Sidemount training derived from
the cave diving methodology, This is more involved than some side mount courses,
and requires additional dives and training.
Here in the UK we teach Single Sidemount, Twin Sidemount
and Technical Sidemount.
Our training covers diving with single or multiple cylinders,
mounted either side of you instead of on your back. This allows for a much better
balanced and streamlined profile which allows for a much higher level of comfort,
before, during and after the dive?
Diving with side mount allows for reduced drag and resistance
in the water, easier finning and efficiency. Side mount diving is great for
divers of all levels Advanced
Open Water and up including PADI
Tec Rec, where it can be used to replace the heavy back mounted twin tank
setup. Once you have dived side mount you'll never 'go back'!!
